Friends and I went here on a saturday evening to have dinner and
some drinks. We arrived just after 9PM (second seating). First
impressions when you walk in are that its a very cozy restaurant.
We all ordered a few tapas so we could all try a little of everything
on the menu, this worked out very well. Their paella is delicious and
perfect for sharing. All in all it was a great night, cant wait to go
back soon.

We were recommended to got to Embrujo for summerlicious by close friends as we were curious about tapas and Flamenco. I have to say just for a night out with friends it was the best choice for a Saturday night.
The best part of the menu for me was the meatballs, I love meatballs I just never had the spanish version and they were great. my partner enjoyed the Cold soup, it was certainly refreshing and a great summer starter. The show and wine selection was vast. Spanish wines are terrific, we were also impressed with the service, from the moment we entered the door to the time we took our table there was a bit of a wait, but the person at the door made sure we were aware of the delay and made it all possible for us to take a sit with in a few minutes of waiting. Parking was not an issue at all. One thing I would change is possibly make the place bigger...other than that I will pass the recommendation to my friends also.

This place is terrible! We got there at around 6:30 and the waiters were confused to why they were people there, because it was dead. After we sat down we noticed there was 20-30 flies (not kidding at all!) in the restaurant so we spent hald our time shooing them away. We ordered some Sangria and it tasted like wine gone bad. The server corrected my mom with the pronounciation (We are Spanish) and made her pronounce it with an English Accent. we ordered food and it was awful!!! We got 7 tapas to start and they were absolutely gross. The chorizo and manchego pastry tasted like a pillsburry Pizza pocket, the potato tortilla came out ice cold and it was very greasy. The eggplant was pretty tasty and so was the steak with french fries with mustard sauce- although for 10 dollars I think overpriced. The saddest thing we ordered was the chorizo done in brandy. It was served in what looked like an ashtray and it looked like a hotdog that was sliced and fried in oil. No decoration, no presentation, no aroma. Ummm... we ordered the stuffed piquillo peppers and they were DISGUSTING! It tasted like roasted peppers from a jar with a slice of what I think was cheese (did not taste like manchego cheese) on the inside. The way they layed them out made them look like cat tongues. We went there to see the show and we thought that would save it, but that never happened. When we asked to talk to the manager she was rude, didn't apologize, or anything. She moved us to a table that wasn't so fly-ridden but we were done eating at that point. Do not waste your time and money going there- it's disgusting, poor product, food lacked personality and presentation and the waiters were pretentious (Did I forget to mention there was a big party of people that came after and when they did they forgot we existed? We waited over half an hour for our bill)

Went to Embrujo for the first time in about a year and I must say that the quality of the Tapas has really gone down...It wasnt untill later that we learned that the original Chef was no longer there...and it showed... The puff pastry was very very greasy... the garlic shrimp over cooked and the lamb dish was so small that we ended up sending it back... The service was rushed and not very friendly the new owner hais I think was her name was rude and her lack of profetionalism shows in the way that this lovely restaurant has gone down hill....

I was at Embrujo for their paella festival, I was actually pleasantly surprised on my visit. First of all my partner ordered their tapas menu cant exactly recall what he ordered, I went for the paella festival menu; let me tell you what a feast, I must say the highlight of the night for me was the black paella or black rice, What a treat! loved it, wish they put it on their menu permanently. overall liked the service and the ambiance, I could not bring myself to finish my meal, however I made sure to have some of the dessert flan.
Will be back for sure. Will certainly recommend it.

We visited Flamenco on November 14th to celebrate our friend's
50th birthday. It was a special day for us and we were looking
forward to meet and have a great time. Instead we were very
disappointed with the service and the waiter's attitude.
The bread basket was full of ants; when we mentioned it to the
waiter he did not apologize but instead he killed the ants with
his fingers. The dishes were chipped and we were asked to leave
the restaurant right after we paid our bill. The rude waiter told
us that we had to leave because they had another reservation. It
was very pricey for the service they provided.
All of us (8 people) left the restaurant disappointed. Honestly we
do not recommend it!!!!

Not getting too much time to go out with my wife for dinner since the little one was born it was a pleasure to have dined at Embrujo this past Saturday night....
Our sever was very friendly and attentive and since this was our first time trying Tapas he guided us through the menu nicely....
We first started out with a dry sherry as recomended by our server he picked a crisp dry and very cold sherry (great choice) we the picked about 8 different tapas of a very diverce menu selection...
First came the clasic tortilla- a think wedge of perfectly cooked potates with onions and egg.
second we had the duck confit a slow cooked duck leg perfectly seasoned and so tender the meat just fell of the bone.
the croquettes were crisp on the outside and very rich and creamy on the inside.
The garlic shrimp were simply to die for and we ended up ordering another.
We then had the chicken in sherry, this dish came toped with scliced olives a nice touch to accompany the tender chunks of chicken breast.
We did order the paella but looking at the reaction of the tables that did order it we definatly will be trying it on our next visit.

Cost Per Person $60   Tags: Bad experience at Embrujo Flamenco Tapas
We went to Embrujo Flamenco Tapas Restaurant for Summerlicious before.
Their summerlicious menu for dinner is $25 but don't let it fool you.
Their waiters keep telling us that we won't have enough food from their $25 menu, and highly recommend their paella.
And highly recommend their traditional Sangria.
We really don't mine ordering extra even we didn't expect the $25 summerlicious menu was just a sampling portion as the waiter claimed.
Their paella was salty and the seafoods was chewy with just a few mussels and small shrimps. By the way, couple mussels was bad too.
And their Sangria was pretty watery. And we try a few different tapas offer from the summerlicious menu since we have 10 people.
And the waiter was right, portion are small but it was very very salty rather than tasty.
It turns out the bill was almost $60 per person include taxes & 15% tips charged on the bill.
Service wasn't too good either and in fact it was extremely slow and some of our orders was missing.
For that prices, we can go a lot of different places with much better food quality and service.
Cut the story short, we came out from the restaurant and still feel hungry.
Please be advised, Embrujo Flamenco Tapas Restaurant is a total rip off and don't go there.
